A similar post was made in 2011 about this but I am repeating it here because the recent core fix specifies that it addressed this problem but it still does not work correctly. fury warriors are NOT getting the 20% chance of an extra slam from blood-surge T10 4 piece set bonus.

After using Tricks of the Trade a few times in a group, at some point it bugs out and cannot be used anymore. It comes off cooldown, but the actual icon is greyed out as if it cannot be cast, and indeed it cannot be cast when tried. It remains this way until joining a new group (or possibly rejoining the current group) or relogging. /Reload'ing does not fix it.]]>

Since Core Update the Rune Strike is kinda bugy. After dodging/parry you are suppose to have a few seconds to activate the rune strike and attack with it on the next auto-attack.

However:

After the Update the active rune strikes disappears when you use any other ability such as frost strike, blood strike, etc .etc.
